What is videomerging?

Accepted Answer

videomerging is a cutting-edge AI video generation platform that allows you to transform text and images into high-quality videos in minutes. Powered by advanced models like Sora 2 and Veo 3.1, it enables creators to bring their visions to life without expensive equipment.

Question 2

Can I use the videos for commercial purposes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Videos generated with our Pro and Team plans come with a full commercial license, allowing you to use them in your marketing, social media, and commercial projects.

Question 3

Which AI models do you use?

Accepted Answer

We integrate the industry's best video generation models, including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, and others. We continuously update our platform to include the latest and most capable models available.

Question 4

How does the credit system work?

Accepted Answer

You use credits to generate videos. Different models and video durations consume different amounts of credits. You can purchase credit packs or subscribe to a monthly plan to receive a steady supply of credits at a discount.

Question 5

Do credits expire? How long are they valid?

Accepted Answer

Credit packs (one-time purchases) never expire - use them at your own pace. Subscription credits reset monthly or yearly depending on your plan. New user bonus credits are valid for 60 days. We will send you email reminders at 7 days and 1 day before your credits expire.

Question 6

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If a generated video fails due to a system error, we will refund the credits. For subscription payments, please contact our support team within 7 days if you're not satisfied.

Question 7

How can I get support?

Accepted Answer

Our dedicated support team is available 24/7. You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by emailing support@videomerging.video.
